- A participant may cancel his/ her enrollment contract at no penalty, provided UCC is notified no less than two (2) weeks prior to commencement of the course; except that the UCC will retain the registration fee.
- For participants making payments in full, if the participant withdraws after instructions have begun, irrespective of attendance, the UCC will retain the following:s.
The registration fee, plus:
a. For participant terminating his/her training within the first week of the programme, tuition charges will be 40% of the tuition of the programme.
b. For a participant terminating his/her training after one week, but within the first four weeks, the tuition charges will be 60% of the total tuition of the programme.
c. For a participant terminating his/her training after the first four weeks of the teaching programme, the tuition charges will be 100% of the programme.
- The UCC reserves the right to withdraw a scheduled course if the registration is insufficient for a complete class consisting of 35 participants. All monies will be refunded, where this action becomes necessary.
- Payments made by cheque will only be refunded after ten (10) working days or after evidence of the Bank’s processing of the cheque.
NOTE: Absolutely no refunds will be made after instruction has begun, (irrespective of student’s attendance) for participants on the termly/semester payment options.
Refunds are applied for on the official Request for Refund Form available form the Receptionist at the main campuses in Kingston, or the Outreach Centres. Back
