There will be 26 sessions at the USAID/NEP subsidized rates between March and April 2004, delivering the three (3) seminars that have been specially developed for the Jamaica Trade Point programme. These seminars are:

Who should attend?

New trainers or managers who conduct group training, trainers who have some experience but want or need information and education as well as trainers with some experience who want to be good – and better – trainers. Human Resource Development or Human Resource managers who would like to know more about training and development would also be well served by this course.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 4 GCE O'Level or CXC subjects with passes at A, B or C / 1 or 2 (including English Language and Mathematics or Accounts). Participants with CXC passes at level 3 since 1998 are also eligible. Participants without the required pass in a numerate subject must register to attend O'Level/CXC Maths/Accounts classes as a co-requisite.
  • 3 years working experience in the field.
  • Interview.
PROGRAMME SCHEDULE
  • 60 hours (One weekly three-hour/Sunday sessions)

Faculty

Classes will be taught by professionals, men and women who work in the fields they teach and who are thus able to provide a practical link between the theories of the classroom and the realities which exist in the world of marketing.
