Offers the opportunity to combine in-depth studies in economics and finance
Provides you with analytical tools from the fields of mathematics, statistics, economics and econometrics
An excellent preparation for a career as a financial economist whether in academia, finance (investment or commercial banking, risk management, research, fund management, or securities trading) or government
Flexible study programme, not limited by any one particular class time or geographical location

Faculty

Instructions will be provided by an eminent and highly qualified team of local faculty and other professionals. Overseas/international guest lecturers will be utilised where appropriate

Target Group
This degree programme is specially designed for persons:

Who are seeking to build a career path in finance (investment or commercial banking, risk management, research, fund management, or securities trading) or government
Who have recently left high school who wish to pursue a career in the field
Who intend to pursue further studies in the area.

Programme Description

An upper level component of specialised study in accounting and finance. On completion of this component the student will be awarded the BSc. in Business Administration
with specialization in Economics & Finance.

Admission Requirements

Applicants must hold either an associate degree or equivalent, or be admitted through the Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) route for mature and experienced candidates.

Class Structure

Part-Time: Early Bird (Mornings) or Evenings or Sundays.
