APPLICATION
PROCEDURES
Application forms are available
at all UCC locations.
Application fee of $500.00
payable upon receipt of application
forms
Application forms must be
completed in duplicate and
returned to UCC along
with originals of qualifying
documents (e.g. Certificates,
Diplomas, etc.)
Applications must be accompanied
by two (2) passport size photographs.
CONDITIONS
OF ENROLMENT (SUMMARY)
All participants
are expected to complete
registration for courses
at least two (2) weeks
prior to their commencement
Late Registration
will be permitted
up to two weeks after
commencement. Registration
after this period
may only be permitted
at the discretion
of the Department
of Studies
A non-refundable
registration fee of
J$500.00 must accompany
the duly completed
application form,
obtainable at the
UCC,
17 Worthington
Avenue,
Kingston 5 or any
of its
outreach centres.
Participants/companies
may cancel their enrollment
at no penalty provided
that UCC is notified
no less than two weeks
prior to the commencement
of the course, except
that UCC will retain
the registration fee.

thereafter, or if
the student withdraws
after instructions
has begun, see Refund
Policy for details.
The UCC reserves
the right to withdraw/postpone
a scheduled course
if the registration
is insufficient for
a complete class.
In this event, UCC
will refund all fees
already paid towards
the withdrawn course.
Payment Plan: Ideally,
tuition fees should
be paid in advance,
but the following
payment scheme may
be adopted: at least
50% of the fees must
be paid before commencement
and the remainder
within 30 days of
the start of the course
(see the UCC Accounts
Office for alternative
payment options).
Manager's cheques
should be made payable
to the UNIVERSITY
COLLEGE OF THE
CARIBBEAN.
Receipts noting courses
and programmes will
be issued to each
company/participant.
