Who should attend?
The target group for this training programme
is front line supervisors who have little
or no prior formal training in supervisory
management and persons who are likely
to be promoted to supervisory positions
within six months.
Objectives
At the end of the training seminar,
participants will be able to:

role and responsibilities of a supervisor
- Lead and motivate their team members
in a way to increase profitability

of their teams

Faculty
Classes are taught by practitioners who
have a minimum of a first degree in their
area of specialization, have extensive
experience in their respective field and
have a certificate or diploma in education
or training from a recognised tertiary
institution. They are therefore able to
blend theory and practice thus helping
participants find practical solutions
to their problems.
