Who should attend?
The target group for this seminar is
salespersons, sales supervisors, brand
managers, owners and other personnel
with responsibility for sales.
Objectives
At the end of the training seminar,
participants will be able to:
- Apply techniques for uncovering,
analysing and solving customer problems
- Apply basic psychology of selling
to overcome customer complaints and
/ or objections
- Apply standards of quality after
sales service including account and
cash management
- Develop techniques/ strategies
to achieve sales targets and thereby
improve their productivity

- Overview of the essential principles
of marketing and sales
- Effective strategies for prospecting
- The psychology of selling
- Making sales presentations
- Customer interaction
Faculty
Classes are taught by practioners who
have a minimum of a first degree in their
area of specialization, have extensive
experience in their respective field and
have a certificate or diploma in education
or training from a recognised tertiary
institution. They are therefore able to
blend theory and practice thus helping
participants find practical solutions
to their problems.
